Rural housing board members

Help shape the future of rural communities in Warwickshire, the Peak District or Leicestershire

Three of the rural housing associations that Midlands Rural Housing work with are looking for new voluntary board members:

• Warwickshire Rural Housing Association (WRHA)
• Peak District Rural Housing Association (PDRHA)
• Leicestershire Rural Housing Association (LRHA)

These Boards are seeking committed, values driven individuals with a passion for rural communities and affordable housing.
Joining one of the Boards is your chance to make a meaningful impact and contribute to an organisation with a clear social purpose.

Who are they looking for?

The Boards are particularly interested in people with experience in:

• Championing the resident experience, including multi channel engagement
• Strategic financial planning and management, including treasury
• Delivering services that meet the needs of vulnerable or disadvantaged groups
• Housing development and the planning system
• Social and housing policy
• Legal expertise
• Working in a regulated environment (ideally housing)
