Colleagues throughout Midlands Rural Housing are celebrating the end of a successful Rural Housing Week 2019.

Providing affordable rural homes where they are most needed in villages requires a real team effort.

Sweets and treats are being laid on for colleagues today to say thank you for working together to ensure MRH continues to make a big difference to residents across the county.

Our whole team is committed to providing an excellent standard of service. Our Perception Survey showed that 93% of residents think that colleagues are always friendly, helpful and treat everyone with respect.

The survey also asked for feedback, resulting in some excellent comments from residents including: “You all do everything well” and “keep doing what you're doing”.
