The short supply of affordable rural housing is not a new problem. But with high property prices, reduced funding and limitations on new home development it will continue to intensify.
The active involvement of parish or town councils, and their strong community support and leadership, will ensure that new community-led schemes are successfully delivered.
We realise that delivering affordable rural homes can be a dauting process. At Midlands Rural Housing we’re committed to working with and supporting parish councils, local authorities and developers through the process.

- Enabling services – including:
o site identification
o housing needs surveys
o community consultation
